The project is IT-based and eventually resulted in volunteers passing on these skills to vulnerable people.
Agara helped Keen International to set up a computer lab composed of twenty laptops which. The laptops provided are a mixture of second-hand laptops donated by people and
companies and new laptops purchased through funding opportunities. In addition, a team set up by agara will be went to Lebanon for around two weeks between the 22nd July and the 6th August and conducted a ToT course related to the use of laptops, mainly Microsoft Office and other software-related components, where needed, to other volunteers
and teachers who kept the project running after the team set up by agara is gone, but mainly to vulnerable people.
The laptops were set up in the form of a computer lab, to provide accessibility to as many people as possible. The computer labs was set up in Chtaura and is made available as much as possible to the refugees and the locals.
